COMPANIES HOUSE INCREASED PENALTIES FROM 1 FEBRUARY 2009 AND THESE ARE NOW IMPACTING
Previously if company accounts were filed late, you had three months before the initial fine increased from £100 to £300, now after 1 month fines are £375. Fines are doubled if your filing was late last year.
If filing is delayed more than a month, the fines are progressively harsh.
