COMPANIES HOUSE INCREASE PENALTIES FROM 1 FEBRUARY 2009.
Previously if company accounts were filed late, you had three months before the initial fine increased from £100 to £300, this now happens after 1 month. Fines are doubled if your filing was late last year.
